Parallels

Hello, I'm getting parallels... finally! Is there a way to use my Virtual PC Windows XP disk to install XP? I'm reluctant to purchase another copy of XP if I don't have to, and feel like it's still ethical to pursue this as an option, as I purchased 'XP' with VPC already (thoughts?).
