Path Finder (nee SNAX) appears to be the file manager of choice to replace the Finder. Funny, same thing happened to me when I typed that code into Terminal, but the path definitely exists, if you copy/paste the path into Finder ~> Go ~> Go To Folder then you'll be taken there ... ??? Are you using Leopard or Tiger? For Leopard Users: GcalDaemon and Leopard

will only be aware of the symbolic link's location, not the exectutable's true location. It will then search for necessary files from the package relative to the path of the symbolic link, which obviously will not work. ...
