Ok, new G4 (Quicksilver), 640megs of ram. Nvidia GeForce2 mx (32meg video ram). Mac OS 10.0.4. Still got the slow menu's. They don't really slow me down, but if I go to os9, the menu's literally snap down. No delay is noticable. I've got a fast computer with a fast video card. But these menu's drive me nuts.
