The problem only crops up using Services in Safari--it somehow seems to be a bug specific to that program. If you delete all the Classic versions of Stickies on your system, then the OS X version of Stickies will load in Safari

In the "Startup Items" where you added the Stickies application, uncheck the checkbox nest to Stickies in the list. You'll see that the checkbox affirms that you want the application to "hide" when it launches. ...

grain of salt taken. And no, you weren't really helpful ::love:: . It sounds like, as a designer, you're more concerned with the formatting and pagemaking aspects of the programs you're using. Universe on course. I'm more into straight-up text content, and care less about being able to infinitely scale the thing than being able to negotiate a several-hundred-page...

My question is, where was apple's GUI team when this was going on? The little blue...

Funny - I haven't ever been able to get used to using Ink... I don't think it's as... intuitive as I'd like it to be. I haven't really given it a fair chance, I'll admit - I'm not even 100% sure if it has a sketchpad feature built in. What I DO want, is some sort of Ink/Stickies integration where I could leave handwritten notes on my desktop...
