Yeah, stuffit should do it - it worked for me. If that doesn't work, you could try the command-line cat utility. Go to the terminal and type this: cat whatever.img.1 whatever.img.2 ... whatever.img.64 > whatever.img There's probably some fast way of making it do all the images at once, but I'm not sure how to, so I'd just have to type all the names out individually. ...

I like the idea of using a UFS filesystem.
