I tried copying to .dmg and it worked! Still gonna try with Toast. My buddy gave me ver 7, but I only have a G3 :(

I haven't had any experience with them, but I think you _might_ have to burn the image to a disc first using Toast.

I just bought a new cheapo LG burner (cdr/w) Toast can use it but ITunes doesn't recognize it as a valid burner. I'm pretty new with mac hardware / os integration, do I need to initialize this new drive in some way or am I just missing drivers? This isn't a huge deal but if anyone has a quick remedy I'd really appreciate it. gadget101

Yeah, the Finder can burn CDs on its own. It ought to work as soon as you insert a blank disc. If it doesn't, check the CDc & DVDs section of System Preferences. The big dog of the Mac disc burning world is Roxio Toast. Top-notch, but a bit expensive. A couple good free ones are YuBurner and FireStarter FX. Not as powerful or easy to use as Toast, but they're good...
