if you download mactracker from versiontracker.com (http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=10816&db=mac) and then open it search for updates and dl the update. use this program maybe inside thae package contents you can find the file you're looking for.

Yes, I use OSXvnc and it works very well. I have TightVNC on my PCs and they work with OSXvnc just fine.
