No. Sadly, this is still something only available via payware. But keep watching versiontracker.com and macupdate.com, I'm sure some day someone will figure out how to do it for free or at least less expensive.

I achieve this by using Services. Select the text you want to print then go to the application's Services menu, ie: in Safari, go to: Safari ~> Services ~> TextEdit ~> New Window Containing Selection. TextEdit will open and automatically paste the text into a new document and all you need do is hit Command +P to print the selection. That's how Safari does it...

Thanks for the reply. Where are screen savers and add-ons stored so I can remove them? The two softwares I would like to purchase right now are Ableton Live and Microsoft Word for 10.3.9. You recommend I seek them out individually rather than from an old software vendor? Thanks

A few things to suggest: 1. Repair Permissions: apps/utilities/disk utility/repair permissions 2. Restart ;) 3.
