A gmail account can easily handle a file that large, as can .mac. A gmail account is free, but you'll need an invite by someone who already has one. .Mac has lots of excellent features.

For "HTML", you could add TextWrangler. It's like BBEdit (same developer), but free. (Of course, it doesn't have the same extensive feature set, but it's a good alternative. Also allows you to buy a cheaper cross-upgrade to BBEdit if you're using the free TextWrangler.) For "FTP", I'd add Fetch 5 (get a free education license?) to Transmit in the list. And Rbrowser lite.

Well, if you don't do a whole lot of printing, it wouldn't be too inconvenient to use BBEdit or BBEdit Lite (now discontinued). In the print dialog, select "BBEdit…" from the print options popup (the one that starts at "Copies & Pages." There you can select the option to print the code with page numbers. Now, if "highlighted" refers to formatting, I guess that wouldn't work…

I doubt it, the G5 found in the XBox 360 is a "lite" version of the one found in the Powermacs. The underlying technology is the same (Power5 chipset) but completely different chips.
