BBEdit all the way, baby! I use it daily and it's the one application I upgrade the same day an upgrade is available for purchase. The price seems a bit steep to first time users but that's what BBEdit lite/the demo version is there for: proving you that you're using the best text editor available on Mac. :D P.S.: I'm not affiliated in any way with Bare Bones...

None of them really do the job properly (which isn't to say they aren't good programs, esp. given how quickly RSS has sprung up). I like NetNewsWire and NewsMac, but I still need to flip back and forth to the browser to follow up. I also like Firefox's RSS but I find that it hardly recognises any of the feeds that I regularly follow (with NewsMac) - it's only MacMinute's...

I was going to post this as a poll but could not find the "poll-making" button in the new interface. Regardless, what do you prefer and why for reading your RSS? Netnews lite Netnews paid version Newsfire Firefox's dynamic RSS? Newsfan Don't need an RSS reader Also, am I missing any?

hough is that you can have multiple people editing the same file if that is needed for you. SEE and BBEdit both have syntax coloring which is VERY nice. BBEdit Lite does not. I was also just made aware of a program called HyperEdit that i have just barely started to use. ...
